Terms
Using Vibetown
By using Vibetown you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18. You can sign in with GitHub or as a guest; either way, you're responsible for what happens under your account.
Vibetown is early. Features will change, things will break, and we may limit, pause or end the service at any time.
Everything is public
Every sandbox is public. Anyone can watch its live preview, read its chat and see its turn history, and anyone who joins can see its code.
Don't put secrets, personal information or anything else you want kept private in a sandbox or its chat.
Your Claude subscription
Everyone connects their own Claude subscription, and you must follow Anthropic's terms when you use it. Only ever sign in with your own account, and never let anyone else use it.
You're responsible for what your agent does, just as if you'd typed it yourself.
Your code
You keep whatever rights you have in what you make here. By building in a sandbox, you let its other members work on that code, and you let us store it, run it and show it publicly as part of the sandbox.
Don't rely on Vibetown as your only copy. Roulette sandboxes are wiped after an idle hour unless someone keeps them, a deleted sandbox is gone for good, and we don't guarantee backups.
Acceptable use
Don't use Vibetown for anything illegal, to harass people, to post hateful or sexual content, to threaten violence, to impersonate others, or to share anyone's credentials.
Don't use sandboxes to attack or scan other systems, send spam, mine cryptocurrency or run malware, and don't try to get around limits or moderation.
Moderation and limits
Chat is moderated automatically, and anyone can report a message, person or sandbox. We may remove content, mute or ban people, and hide or delete sandboxes that break these terms, with or without notice.
Usage limits apply to sandboxes, time and messages, and they may change.
No warranty
Vibetown is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for lost code or data, or for any indirect damages from using it.
We may update these terms. When we do, the date below changes, and using Vibetown after that means you accept them. Questions go to nick@vibetown.social.
